“BUSSINESS IN INDONESIAN TODAY”

Culinary business in Indonesia in 2014 are expected to show an increase with the growth  of the middle class. The proliferation of these food businesses are required to make more creative businesses selling food.
One type of food that is developed is Japanese food, this is Japanese food fit for Indonesian people who mamiliki basic menu of rice. Besides Japanese food tastes good, not too greasy, nice and neatly in the box. Good packaging is expected to meet the needs of office workers who do not have much time to come to the dining / restaurant. On the basis of these needs, was established a restaurant located in Kebun Kacang, Jakarta, which was the forerunner company Hoka Hoka Bento. Hokben or formerly known as Hoka Hoka Bento is a network of franchise fast food restaurant that serves Japanese food which is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
